What does it back up?

Chats, photos, videos, voice notes and documents. Files are sorted by date and chat, and you can search to find and view them.

Where is my data stored?

Only on the mini computer. It is never uploaded to the cloud.

Is it for businesses or individuals?

Both. Individual is HKD 5,400 and Business is HKD 6,700, both one-time.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. You pay once and the hardware is yours.
